Refund Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • Your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Proof of purchase (e.g. order number or receipt) is required.

 
2. Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Gift cards or vouchers

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

  • Perishable goods (if applicable)

  • Custom or made-to-order products

 

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Email [your contact email] with a photo of the item and your order details.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no extra cost to you.

 
4. Change of Mind

 

We’re happy to offer a refund or store credit for change-of-mind returns, provided the item meets the eligibility criteria above. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

 
5. Refunds (if applicable)

 

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 
6. Exchanges

 

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product:

  • Contact us to check availability.

  • You’ll be responsible for return shipping, unless the item is faulty.

 

7. Return Shipping

To return your product, please contact us at madeintaupo@gmail.com for the correct return address.

We recommend using a tracked courier service. Lonely Drover is not responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.
