Your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Proof of purchase (e.g. order number or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

Gift cards or vouchers

Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

Perishable goods (if applicable)

Custom or made-to-order products
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no extra cost to you.
4. Change of Mind
We’re happy to offer a refund or store credit for change-of-mind returns, provided the item meets the eligibility criteria above. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return:

We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product:

We recommend using a tracked courier service. Lonely Drover is not responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.
